Most recently, I was the Head of Brand and User Engagement at Bright. As part of the founding team, I ensured our team built our product, and company, with a clear understanding of the needs of creators and their supporters. As our company evolved, I managed multiple pillars of our company including, community marketing, customer policy & support, and brand design - which included developing new positioning and brand identity for company.
