At Instagram, I led UX research and strategy for Creator Monetization, IG Live for Creators, SMB, and IG Direct. Throughout my time at Instagram, I worked across teams, pillars, and companies and developed research processes and programs that could be implemented and duplicated throughout the company. But my primary goal during my time there was to focus on the content, engagement, and business opportunities for creators and help identify and develop new product features that addressed their needs.
